It is most certainly of no great shock that our day to day lives are full of stress and constant to-do list’s that it is becoming increasingly difficult to care for ourselves. We often find ourselves guilty of filling our bodies with poor food choices, little water and a complete lack of exercise. Is it truly any wonder why so many people are obese and unhappy? When we take the time to care for ourselves, others around us notice a positive difference as well.
